Returns
Every Dead Honest Co. piece is printed to order — nothing sits on a shelf, nothing gets binned. Because of that:
All sales are final.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or "it looked different on screen". Please use the size guide before ordering.
The exceptions
We will replace or refund in full if any of these happen:
- Item arrives damaged or with a print defect.
- You receive the wrong item or wrong size vs. what you ordered.
- Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
Email orders@deadhonestco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Size guide
Sizes are consistent across all our tees and vests. Check the size guide before ordering — once it's printed, it's printed.
Your statutory rights
None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, or equivalent regulations in your country.
