1. Who we are

Dead Honest Co. ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells clothing through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, pricing errors, fraud risk, or out-of-stock items) and refund any amount already charged.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency for display purposes. Final charge is taken in GBP at checkout unless your card issuer converts it. Sale pricing applies automatically — no code needed.

4. Returns

All sales are final. See our Returns policy for the limited exceptions (damaged on arrival, wrong item shipped, lost in transit).

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, prints, photography and copy on this site belong to Dead Honest Co. or our licensors. Personal use only — no commercial reproduction.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved in those courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
